The installation appointment takes one-hour, with training included immediately after the appointment. You can invite your bookkeeper, or get advice from your designated Accountant provided by us during the installation.

This decision is entirely up to you and depends on your personal preference. You can start using Accounting Link at any time. Just ensure that your chosen start date does not overlap with any sales, deposits, or accounts payable information already entered into your accounting software to avoid duplication.

If you have recently switched from another shop management system and used Accounting Link, you will need to order Accounting Link through Shopmonkey. To do this, go to the Settings tab in Shopmonkey and submit an order via the Integrations section. Because Accounting Link is tailored to the specific shop management system it connects with, placing a new order is required to ensure optimal integration with Shopmonkey.

Once an order has been placed, one of our team members will reach out to schedule the installation appointment. On the installation appointment, one of our Accountants will walk you through best practices and demonstrate how to process your activity using 3 days of your activity that have accumulated in Accounting Link. That's all there is to it!
